Individuals, teams, students, creators, studios and companies inside or outside Vietnam. No nationality restriction. Participants under 18 need parental consent.

Official rulebook for Vietnam AI Film 2026 — please read carefully before registering.
02. Categories & formats
Short films, trailers, concept videos, AI animation, AI-augmented live action, AI music videos / OSTs. Duration 1–5 minutes depending on category.
03. Tools & copyright
Any lawful AI tool may be used. Authors are responsible for the copyright of source material (images, audio, voice).
04. Judging criteria
Creative ideas, cultural & historical value, artistic & technical quality, and IP-development potential.
05. Fees & deadlines
Entry fee 199,000 VND (~ $8) per submission. Entry window: June 1 – August 31, 2026. Awards ceremony: September 25, 2026.
